Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you purchase from The Everygirl Shop, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
